Please note that all sales are final, returns are not allowed under any circumstance only exchanges. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • Eligibility: Customers must initiate the exchange request within 10 days from the delivery date.
  • Reason for Exchange: We require customers to provide a reason for the exchange since all sales are final.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for exchange, the item must be in its original condition - unworn, unmarked, and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
  • Return Shipping: Customers will be responsible for the return and the shipping costs, Please keep proof of postage and use a 'tracked' service when returning your item(s) to us. 
  • Exchange Status Notification: Customers will be contacted via email to be informed about the acceptance of their exchange request and the shipment of the replacement item.
  • Processing Time Of Replacement Item: We aim to process exchanges within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Denial of Exchange: If an exchange request is denied, customers will be notified via email.
  • Non-Eligible Circumstances: Exchanges will not be accepted for sale items, final sale products, clothing that has been worn, damaged, or had tags removed.
  • Cancellation: You are given a 1 hour grace period to cancel your order, in this instance email contact@renway.fashion immediately.
